Investor Choice had a large pool of interested real-estate contacts accumulated over time and could not manually message everyone. The volume of inbound WhatsApp conversations also exceeded what the team could handle manually while maintaining response quality and speed.

SOLUTION
A WhatsApp Business API automation system with an AI agent that manages the complete conversation workflow: understanding property requirements, qualifying leads by budget and preference, showing relevant properties with images and videos, collecting prospect details, and booking appointments and site visits. The system also handles bulk outreach and broadcast capability — Investor Choice uses it for approximately 200 outreach messages per day, systematically engaging their contact pool without manual effort.
