OVERVIEW
TLS is a real estate agency operating across Sydney, Canberra and Newcastle in Australia. They wanted a website that felt like an experience without becoming one — a single interactive hero that sets the tone, followed by a simple, fast, easy-to-maintain site for listings, regions and enquiries. JS Tech Labs designed and built exactly that: a cinematic hero over a night-lit Sydney home with large editorial type, and a clean, quiet system underneath it.

CHALLENGE
Most agency websites in the Australian market are portal-style templates that look identical from one agency to the next. TLS wanted to stand apart on first impression but did not want animation everywhere, heavy pages, or a site their team could not update. The brief was precise: make the hero interactive and memorable, keep everything else simple, and make it load fast on the phones buyers use to browse.
THE
SOLUTION
JS Tech Labs concentrated the craft where it mattered. The hero is an interactive, cinematic composition — a Sydney residence at dusk with the region name set in oversized serif type that responds to scroll and pointer. Below it, the site is intentionally restrained: clear regions, property and service sections, straightforward typography, and enquiry paths that get a buyer or vendor to a conversation in one step. Built on Next.js with smooth scrolling and light motion, the site stays fast and is simple for the agency to maintain.
