OVERVIEW
An employee management system created for Investor Choice to solve employee activity tracking and accountability challenges. The system replaces manual reporting with a dedicated application that captures every interaction automatically.
THE
CHALLENGE
Employees were making calls from their personal phones and reporting activity manually, making progress difficult to verify. There was no reliable way to track actual call activity, conversation quality, or lead follow-up progress.
THE
SOLUTION
A dedicated employee application where each employee logs in, sees their daily tasks and required calls, and makes calls through the system. Every call is automatically captured — recording, transcript, duration, and activity tracking are all built in. Employees can add notes and tag leads as Hot, Warm, or Cold, making lead progress fully trackable and verifiable.
